TIPS ON CHOOSING ANTI-AGING SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Do you want to wrinkle before your time? You can't stop time; you can keep your face and body from reflecting your age! Don't wait too long, now is the time to consider that you are getting older and start using the best anti-aging products so you can fight the signs of aging now. People make the mistake of waiting until they have fine lines and wrinkles, which could have been avoided with proper skin care prevention and products.

Avoid products that are fourmjulated with: Parabens, SLS/SLES, propylene glycol, animal products or by products, mineral oils or petrolatum, FD & C or D & C dyes, Phthalates, 1,4-dioxane. These could increase your cancer risk or avoid simply because they are toxic.

The best skin care for anti-aging the ingredients are safe, non-oallergenic and are all natural, in clinical trials, they have been shown to reduce wrinkles, improve the skins moisture content and increase firmness.

The same materials that help keep you healthy on the inside also play a huge role in how you look on the outside. So it only makes sense that your skin care comes from not a cosmetic company, but from a natural nutrition company!

Being woman, I'm naturally vain too & since I'm in my 40s, I'm using anti-wrinkles cream for my face. I'm careful with what I use & mostly from reputable brands. Tho prices are much higher, I believe there's always a reason behind. Thks for d tips, Diane!

Good advice. I wouldn't take internally - Parabens, SLS/SLES, propylene glycol, mineral oils or petrolatum, FD & C or D & C dyes, Phthalates, 1,4-dioxane - why would I put those on my skin! Especially since 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed into the body.

You have that right Diane. Once the wrinkles start appearing it IS tougher to "hide" them. I LOVE Shaklee's anti-aging skin care products. They're the only ones I've found to work!

I have been searching on ebay for a good book to help me with my diet. In the end I googled it and found this site http://www.hungryforweightloss.com.

They are giving away a free ebook called "365 tips for healthy living". I didn't expect it to be any good because it's free but it's actually brilliant so I thought i'd share it here :)
